A$1,260 for fork and shock revalve, springs and service supplied loose together; A$1,470 for a complete bike. Air-fork revalve and service without fork springs is A$1,080 off bike. Extra wear parts are confirmed before fitting.

Service decisions are stronger when symptoms, spring setup, damping curves and shim stack behavior are understood together.
When revalving is the right job
A change in shim-stack design can alter damping response, but it should follow a spring and service review. Craig starts with rider weight without gear, motorcycle make/model/year, riding type and the actual handling complaint. A fork that feels harsh yet still bottoms might need a different spring, oil-height check, or damping direction; the symptom alone does not identify the valve change.
The standard package covers fork and shock servicing, revalving, springs and rider-specific setup. For air forks, the off-bike A$1,080 package does not include fork springs; adding shock service brings the off-bike package to A$1,260. Compare the package inclusions.
Can I request revalving alone?
Tell Craig what work has already been done and what the bike does now. He will confirm the scope and price before work begins rather than treating a clicker complaint as proof that new valving is required.
