Suspension is the key to every riders success and that is why we are here to help. Mike started working for various Industry companies in the early 90s and working for riders as a mechanic traveling the road searching for his dream job. Mike built anything from engines to suspension systems, Having worked at a few of the major suspension companies in the late 90s, Then in 1997 mike started at Showa R&D in Torrance,Ca and assigned to the Factory Honda motocross team in 1997 building suspension for Team Honda.
Since then Mike has worked with riders such as: Ricky Carmichael, Kevin Windham, Mike LaRocco, Ryan Hughes, Nathan Ramsey, Ezra Lusk, Ernesto Fonseca, Steve Lamson, Jeremy McGrath, Nick Wey, Paul Carpenter, Mike Alessi, Jeff Alessi, Jeff Gibson, Stefan Everts, Mickael Pichon, Sebastian Tortelli, Chris Plouffe, Preston Tillford, Todd Potter,Matt Buyten, Javier Villegas, Beau Bamburg, and many others.
Mike has also achieved (4) AMA Supercross and Motocross National Championships with Ricky Carmichael in 2002 and 2003, including a undefeated 24-0 winning streak with RC, a member of the Motocross Des-Nations team and many AMA SX and MX Race wins and podiums, X Games gold medals, US open wins and podiums with Team Honda since 1997!

Information is gathered and logged to a large data computer software network from hours of testing, data with riders of all abilities and ages. This Revalve service includes customizing it to your size, your weight, terrain, and your riding ability. All our Data information goes into this revalve service. The target is to provide a plush setting on small bumps but become progressive as the suspension compresses into the stroke. Correct valve settings and spring rates are chosen for the customer, Components are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected for wear. Fork Tubes and Shock shafts are also polished during the inspection process. The components are then assembled correctly with new maintenance parts, proper torque specs and Maxima suspension fluids.
We then continue to work with each customer to make sure the revalve is suited for you.
All MB1 Revalves are covered by a 30 day suspension guarantee. The suspension will meet the customers expectations or MB1 will revalve your suspension at no additional charge! When completed your MB1 Suspension will be shipped back to your door ready to bolt on and race! We are constantly testing new valve settings and setups, we will install any updated valving specs for you at no additional charge when you pay for a revalve service at MB1!
